We at the Fertility Institute are very sensitive to the high cost of infertility treatment and lack of coverage by most insurance plans. The doctors of the Fertility Institute participate with several insurance plans and we offer several financial programs for patients seeking treatment who do not have insurance coverage.

Understanding insurance benefits can be confusing for many people especially when exploring infertility coverage. In most cases, those patients fortunate enough to have infertility coverage with their insurance plan are limited to a certain dollar amount or number of treatment cycles. It is important to review your insurance plan and make sure you understand what is paid for and what it is not. Always follow the guidelines regarding referrals and filing claims to guarantee the maximum allowable benefits.
The physicians at the Fertility Institute participate with several insurance companies for the convenience of our patients. Below is a list of the insurance plans, of which one or more of the Fertility Institute physicians are currently active. The Institute employs staff that is extremely knowledgeable in infertility billing issues to guide you through the process in order to maximize coverage and reduce out of pocket expenses.
